Manager CSR & Fundraising Lead

The CSR & Fundraising Lead will play a critical role in helping NAB Karnataka expand its impact by building partnerships with corporates, CSR teams, foundations and philanthropic donors.

This role goes beyond fundraising. It is about creating long-term relationships with organisations that believe in inclusion and are committed to supporting programmes that transform lives. The individual will identify opportunities, nurture partnerships, coordinate proposal development and work closely with leadership and the partner organisations.

Success in this role will directly contribute to expanding opportunities with organizations towards sustainable funding for the organization’s initiatives for visually impaired

Roles & Responsibilities

Corporate Partnerships & Business Development

  • Build and nurture relationships with corporates, CSR teams, foundations and institutional donors.
  • Identify funding opportunities aligned with NAB Karnataka’s priorities.
  • Represent NAB Karnataka at meetings, networking forums and partnership discussions.

Fundraising & Proposal Development

  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of CSR proposals and fundraising presentations.
  • Work with programme teams to develop compelling funding proposals.
  • Track funding opportunities, proposal submissions and follow-ups.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong engagement with existing donors and partners through regular communication and stewardship.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen long-term partnerships and collaborations.

Planning & Reporting

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of donors, prospects and partnership opportunities.
  • Track fundraising progress, commitments and proposal status.
  • Coordinate internal reporting and support leadership with fundraising planning and strategy.

Key Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, business development or stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities.
  • Strong written and spoken communication in English and Kannada and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple partnerships and follow-ups.
  • Good written and spoken communication in English and Kannada.

Desirable

  • Experience working with NGOs, social sector organisations or development programmes.
  • Prior engagement with CSR teams, donor agencies or philanthropic foundations.
  • Understanding of disability inclusion, education or livelihood programmes.
