NAB-K is a leading provider of rehabilitation services for the visually challenged in Karnataka. For over decades, we have been helping people with blindness to live more fulfilling lives.

Rural Employment

  • NABK trains visually impaired in the rural areas on vocational and entrepreneurial skills to become self-sustained
  • NABK assists the visually impaired to set up petty shops, weighing scales, cattle rearing and other local entrepreneurial opportunities. We also support them with local employment
  • NABK helps Self Employed visually impaired set up a Self-Help Group (SHG) or Sangha. This Sangha is a separate legal entity with its own bank account & is managed by the VI’s.
  • NABK also in coordination with RSETI – Canara Bank- provides 10 days animal husbandry training to make them self-employed.

Blue Collar - White Collar Jobs

Provides work opportunities with potential employers, identifying specific job roles for the visually impaired and jointly create specifically designed training programs to impart skills required for the job role.
