Executive – Employment & Corporate Partnerships

About the Role

The Executive – Employment & Corporate Partnerships will support NAB Karnataka’s placement initiatives by identifying suitable job opportunities, coordinating with employers and assisting candidates throughout the placement journey.

Working closely with the Manager and training teams, the role will contribute to creating meaningful employment and economic independence for persons with visual impairment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Employer Outreach

  • Research suitable companies, industries and employment opportunities.
  • Support outreach to HR teams, recruiters and prospective employers.
  • Maintain an updated database of employers and job openings.
  • Coordinate employer meetings, recruitment drives and follow-ups.

Candidate and Placement Coordination

  • Maintain candidate profiles and match candidates with suitable roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, onboarding and placement activities.
  • Work with training teams to understand candidate readiness and availability.

Employer and Post-Placement Support

  • Support employer sensitisation programmes and partner engagement.
  • Follow up with employers and placed candidates to address concerns and improve retention.
  • Collect employer feedback and document placement success stories.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate placement and employer-engagement records.
  • Prepare periodic reports on opportunities, interviews, placements and retention.
  • Support the Manager in achieving the department’s employment goals.

Key Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Graduate in HR, Business, Management, Social Work or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, placements, HR coordination, business development or customer relationships.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and spoken English and Kannada.

Desirable

  • Experience in recruitment or placement coordination.
  • Exposure to NGOs, skilling or disability-inclusion initiatives.

  • Employment opportunities identified and placements completed.
  • Timely coordination of interviews and onboarding.
  • Candidate retention and employer engagement.
  • Accuracy of placement records and reporting.
  • Contribution to departmental placement targets.
