Digital Learning Facilitator

About the Role

The Digital Learning Facilitator will deliver NAB Karnataka’s online training programmes to visually impaired learners across Karnataka using accessible digital platforms. Working closely with programme teams and Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) partners, the role combines online facilitation, learner support and programme coordination to make quality education accessible beyond physical classrooms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Deliver online training programmes using NAB Karnataka’s curriculum and facilitation methods.
  • Conduct engaging, accessible and inclusive virtual learning sessions.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet learners’ needs.

Learner Support

  • Encourage learner participation and provide ongoing academic support.
  • Monitor learner progress and course completion.
  • Motivate learners and address learning challenges.

Programme Coordination

  • Coordinate training schedules with CBR teams and programme staff.
  • Manage participant communication, enrolment and session logistics.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of online programmes.

Documentation & Quality

  • Maintain attendance, learner progress and programme records.
  • Prepare training reports and collect learner feedback.
  • Participate in facilitator training and continuously improve programme delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Graduate in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in teaching, training or online facilitation.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills.
  • Empathetic, learner-focused approach.
  • Good written and spoken English and Kannada.

Desirable

  • Experience in online learning or digital education.
  • Exposure to disability inclusion or social development programmes.
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies.

  • Quality and consistency of programme delivery.
  • Timely reporting and documentation.
