Executive – CSR & Fundraising

About the Role

The Executive – CSR & Fundraising will support NAB Karnataka’s fundraising efforts by identifying CSR opportunities, coordinating donor engagement and assisting with proposal development. Working closely with the Manager – CSR & Fundraising and programme teams, the role will help build strong corporate partnerships and contribute to programmes that improve the lives of persons with visual impairment.

Roles & Responsibilities

CSR Research & Partnership Support

• Research CSR opportunities, corporates and donor organisations aligned with NAB Karnataka’s mission.
• Maintain a pipeline of funding opportunities and support outreach to prospective partners.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and partnership activities.

Proposal & Documentation

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and donor reports.
• Coordinate with programme teams to gather information, budgets and impact data.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and supporting documents.

Relationship Management

• Support communication and engagement with existing donors and corporate partners.
• Assist in organising donor visits, meetings and partnership events.
• Represent NAB Karnataka professionally during stakeholder interactions.

Planning & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, proposals and fundraising activities.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and support internal coordination across departments.

Key Selection Criteria

Essential

• Graduate in Business, Commerce, Social Sciences, Management or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, business development or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good spoken and written English and Kannada.

Desirable

• Experience in the NGO or social impact sector.
• Exposure to CSR partnerships or proposal writing.

Familiarity with donor management or CRM tools.
