Vydehi Women and Child Development NGO conducted a Health Camp

Vydehi Women and Child Development NGO conducted a Health Camp at NAB-K on 19 December 2025 for NAB-K trainees and staff members, as part of its continued efforts to promote preventive healthcare and health awareness. The initiative aimed to encourage early identification of health issues while fostering a culture of informed and proactive health management

The camp included basic health check-ups and individual medical consultations conducted by qualified healthcare professionals. Trainees and staff were given the opportunity to discuss personal health concerns and receive practical guidance related to general health, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices in a supportive and accessible environment.

A key highlight of the program was the interactive oral health awareness session. Medical professionals used visual charts and dental models to demonstrate correct brushing and flossing techniques, while also explaining common dental problems and their prevention. These hands-on demonstrations helped participants clearly understand the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene as part of overall health.

The trainees and staff of NAB-K participated actively throughout the camp and appreciated the informative and engaging approach of the medical team. The program concluded with group interactions and a collective photograph, reflecting strong participation and collaboration. Overall, the health camp contributed positively to strengthening health awareness and reinforcing the importance of regular health check-ups within the NAB-K community.
