On 22nd January 2026, the SantaFe Relocation Team visited NAB-K to attend a sensitisation program conducted by NAB-K, focusing on understanding the lives and experiences of persons with visual impairment.
The session aimed to build awareness about how visually impaired individuals navigate daily life, work environments, and social interactions. Participants gained insights into the challenges faced by the visually impaired and learned the importance of appropriate communication, accessibility, and empathy.

Through discussions and experiential learning, the program helped the SantaFe team better understand how small actions and thoughtful support can make a significant difference. The team engaged actively throughout the session, making it an informative and impactful experience.

NAB-K was pleased to conduct this sensitisation program and appreciated the SantaFe Relocation Team’s interest in learning and promoting inclusive and respectful practices.
