Soft launch of our training programs for the Fy 25-26

It was a great and memorable day for our NAB Karnataka family as we officially soft-launched three new training programs:
F&B (Food and Beverages) – for SHI students
DEO (Data Entry Operator) – for students with visual impairment
WHP (Warehouse Packers) – for students with visual impairment

These programs are being conducted under the SCPwD Skill Council for Persons with Disabilities, with the leadership and support of NAB and SCPwD.
The sessions helped students understand the importance of the courses, placement opportunities, career growth, and the support they will receive throughout the training journey. Students were also introduced to their trainers and learned more about NAB and the training process.
The program began with a beautiful prayer song by one of the DEO students. The event was hosted by Mitra, Master Trainer for DEO, along with Premila, Master Trainer for WHP. Tito and Brinda supported the program as interpreters.

Students were motivated through inspiring speeches by Malar, Manager- IT Officer, our CEO Rajesh, and Sowmya, Assistant Manager from SCPwD. Their words encouraged the students to believe in their abilities and work towards a bright future.
The program ended with a vote of thanks, followed by the National Anthem and a memorable group photo.
This is just the beginning of a meaningful journey towards skill development, confidence, and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. Together, let us continue creating a more inclusive, accessible, and empowered future where every individual gets the opportunity to shine and succeed.
