Professionals from various departments of Taj interacted with the students, sharing insights about hospitality operations, workplace culture, customer service, teamwork, and career opportunities in the hotel industry. The session helped students understand the different roles within hospitality and the skills required to succeed in the field.

students actively participated in the discussions and gained valuable knowledge from the experiences shared by the Taj team. The interaction also motivated them to explore career opportunities with greater confidence and enthusiasm.
A proud highlight of the visit was the successful hiring of two SHI students trained by NABK, who are now working with Taj. This achievement reflects the impact of skill development, training, and industry collaboration in creating meaningful employment opportunities for students.
